This course generally studies how psychological theories can be applied to teaching and learning. This orients students on how various theories and approaches can be be applied to identify individual differences among learners and address their specific needs, plan and implement instruction, control and manage behavior; and assess and evaluate learning outcomes.
This serves as a guide on helping learning facilitators and the learners maximize and actualize their full potential.
